Passenger Operations Specialist candidates should have previous experience in hospitality or travel, with proven skills to work in a dynamic and multifaceted high quality service venue. Airline experience is helpful, as is experience in high-end attractions, theater or public speaking situations.

Passenger Operations includes hospitality, host duties, interaction and relationship building with guests, safety briefing, guest movement on active airfields, boarding actions, as well as being a Flight Attendant!

This position will require early morning, evening and weekend work and some travel to other airfields around the Bay Area and occasionally beyond. As part of the role involves flying on the airship, for safety reasons, candidates must be reasonably fit, have good balance and flexibility, and be able to communicate clearly in English (both written and verbally).Situational awareness and the ability to work on a team are essential attributes of likely candidates as is an ebullient, effervescent outgoing personality.

Job Description
Ground Instructors will deliver ATPL theory courses in order to provide the students with a solid theoretical foundation of the subject matter and to prepare the students to pass the 14 JAA theoretical knowledge exams. The exams are based upon knowledge relevant to the aviation topics of Air Law, Aircraft General Knowledge, Flight Performance & Planning, Human Performance & Limitations, Meteorology, Navigation, Principles of Flight, and Operational Procedures.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• Right to live and work in the USA
• Aviation experience and a sound knowledge of aviation theory

• Experience with ATPL theoretical subjects as outlined by the JAA learning objectives
• Frozen ATPL or higher (or equivalent FAA experience)
