Responsibilities include managing a fleet of nine flight training devices, offering ground and flight simulation instruction to commercial, instrument and <span class="caps">ATP</span> candidates as well as conduct the ground portion of an <span class="caps">IPC</span>. </p> <p>The ideal candidate will also be responsible for locating and recruiting new students previous customers for recurrent training and some marketing of the program. The students will be leasing the training devices dry (no instructor) or wet (with instructor) either by the hour or in 10-hour blocks at specific competitive rates. The candidate would be open to charge what (s)he feels is fair compensation which would be built into the rates quoted to the student.
