Flight Simulator Instructors - Professional Ground Instructors

Our company is the leading general aviation flight simulator manufacturer in North America. We design, manufacture and market flight training devices from small desktop up through turbine helicopter, turboprop, jet and G1000 flight simulators. We are recruiting professional flight and/or ground instructors on a contract basis to manage and operate our sim center. Responsibilities include managing a fleet of nine flight training devices, offering ground and flight simulation instruction to commercial, instrument and ATP candidates as well as conduct the ground portion of an IPC.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for locating and recruiting new students previous customers for recurrent training and some marketing of the program. The students will be leasing the training devices dry (no instructor) or wet (with instructor) either by the hour or in 10-hour blocks at specific competitive rates. The candidate would be open to charge what (s)he feels is fair compensation which would be built into the rates quoted to the student. With the proper marketing, dedication and strong work ethic this position provides the potential for significant income.
