Flight Simulator and Safety Program Manager
at Rocky Mountain College in Montana
This position is responsible for conducting flight simulator instruction and evaluation. For acting as the Safety Program manager and for providing training to students and flight instructors at Flight Operations. Plans, coordinates and schedules the use of flight training equipment and associated facilities. Monitors the functional status of equipment and coordinates technical support and maintenance. Develops instructional materials and coordinates training with classroom and flight instructors. Maintains proficiency as a CFI in the aircraft. Coordinates training at Flight Operations with simulator training. Mentors flight instructors and develops training to increase flight instructor proficiency. Aids in overall improvement and safety of Flight Operations.
